First Trailer for ‘Predator: Badlands’ Teases Another Singular Work from Dan Trachtenberg in the ‘Predator’ Universe

The first trailer for Predator: Badlands has been released online. Written and directed by Dan Trachtenberg and co-written by Patrick Aison, the film stars Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi. It is the second Predator film to be released this year, with the animated Predator: Killer of Killers set to bow out on Hulu and Disney+ on June 6, which Trachtenberg co-directed with Micho Robert Rutare.

Here is the plot synopsis:

“Predator: Badlands, is set in the future on a remote planet, where a young Predator (Schuster-Koloamatangi), outcast from his clan, finds an unlikely ally in Thia (Fanning) and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.”
