‘Ted Lasso’ Has Officially Been Renewed for Season Four

Ted Lasso is coming back! The hit Apple TV+ show ran for three critically acclaimed seasons, building a legion of fans along the way. Recently, news hit that Season Four was a possibility, provided that star Jason Sudeikis was willing to come back. Options had already been picked up Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, and Jeremy Swift, so according to Bill Lawrence. Well, we have good news to report today.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sudeikis has officially signed on to reprise his role as the title character in a fourth season. Deals are expected to also be made for co-stars Brendan Hunt and Juno Temple to join Goldstein, Swift, and Waddingham alongside Sudeikis. No word on anyone else from the original cast, especially since the only plot details we know are that, as hinted at in the finale, Ted would be coaching a women’s team, but fans can rejoice. More Ted Lasso will be on the way!
